Baby Egg Hunt

Help the parent egg find their 12 baby eggs and bring them home safely!

About: Baby Egg Hunt is a  3D Unity demo game where the player controls a parent egg to find and collect 12 baby eggs scattered across the house. This demo features simple 3rd-person controls, and players can use either a keyboard and mouse or a game controller to explore a small, low-poly environment. Once all the baby eggs are found, the player must return them to their egg carton to complete the game. 

Background: Baby Egg Hunt was developed as the final project for an undergraduate course at Coastal Carolina University, GEOG 456: Video Game Worlds. The game demonstrates skills in the Unity game development engine, including the use of C# scripting, 3rd-person control systems, and Unity's input system for multi-device support. Trigger-based actions were implemented for object collection and interactive gameplay. Free low-poly assets were chosen to match the simple game objective while also creating an immersive and cohesive game world for an enjoyable experience.
